A non profit dedicated to advocating for those with unseen disabilities and/or illnesses. Morgan grew up in El Dorado County competing in 4H and volunteering with numeourus organizations. She owns her own business in Shingle Springs. She is passionate about community service and teaching others the importance of giving back in their community.

Jamie has been director of the pageant for 5 years, helping young women see their potential while teaching them confidence, philanthropy, and compiassion for others. She has been involved with non-profits for the past 27 years, starting when she was in high school. She has a passion for supporting and helping others. She volunteers for many organizations throughout our community in addition to working at MORE (Mother Lode Rehabilitation Enterprises, Inc.). Eight years of her community involvement was spent working at Big Brothers Big Sisters. Jamie's most important role is being a Mom! She is the proud Momma to a very handsome young man named Gabriel. She enjoys sharing all of the rewarding community involvement with him and hopes he will love to volunteer and support his community one day as well.

Panel interviews are held a week before the pageant. This gives you the oppurtunity to sit with a few of our judges and tell them about yourself! Judges will sit behind a table and take turns asking the contestant questions. One contestant interviews at a time.
The opening number dance is what starts the show! We choreograph a simple dance that we spend most of rehersals learning and at the end you introduce yourself to the fair! (This portion is not judged and no dance background is required.)
Fair wear is our fun upbeat first judged look of the day. Pick an outfit that best fits a day at the El Dorado County Fair! This is a great oppurtunity to show the judges your personality! Fair Wear portion of the competition is designed to provide each contestant an opportunity to express her own personal sense of style.
Show off your elegance and grace in a floor length gown. A contestant will have the chance to take the stage and model in a gown of her choice for the judging panel. This walk usually lasts between a minute and a minute and 30 seconds. While the contestant is walking, the emcee will read information about the contestant and soft music will play.
People's Choice is voted on by people in the community and is awarded night of the pageant.
Director's Choice is voted on by the staff of the pageant for the contestant who best demonstrates dedication to the pageant, time management, and compassion towards fellow contestants.
The Miss Congeniality award is given to the contestant who is voted as the friendliest, most helpful, or most charismatic among the other contestants, the coordinator, and herself. The award is based on a vote among the contestants.
